The atmosphere in which you work has a major impact on your efficiency. According to Vietnamese data, the golden hour for office workers to browse websites or Facebook is roughly 1-2 hours before their lunch break. This demonstrates how quickly our mind may be sidetracked by phones and other forms of entertainment when it becomes weary. Therefore, during working hours, carefully select the most appropriate working environment, turn off email notifications, and set your phone to silent mode to reduce distract from your concentration until the job is finished.

Give yourself a treat.

Even if you achieve a little objective, it's crucial to acknowledge and appreciate yourself. This generates motivation as well as positive, helpful emotions, which in turn motivates you to work much harder. Your reward should be proportional to the task you complete, such as a cup of coffee or a favorite snack for completing the minor activity. Then, for the greater duty, arrange a weekend retreat or leisure activities.
